TESCO

Customer Delivery Driver Recruitment Campaign

Delivery drivers rarely get any fanfare. But their role is super essential, especially for supermarkets with plenty of orders to get out the door.

Tesco needed to recruit more of them, so we created a warm, witty campaign that did just that. The idea leaned into the freedom of the role, setting your own rhythm (and playlist), and the little moments of joy along the journey.

Tesco Marketplace Recruitment Campaign

Everyone knows Tesco.

But hardly anyone knows the business started on a market stall in Hackney, with its founder flogging surplus groceries. A century later, the supermarket titan fancied going back to its roots, by launching Tesco Marketplace.

The challenge? Find people bold enough to build something new – inside something very established.

Our campaign spoke to a rare feeling: getting a slice of something before the rest of the world catches on.

One-off print ads

I was trusted with writing Tesco’s first-ever Times Top 100 graduate job ad, plus a print ad for their brand-new Career Clinics launching across the UK.

Both had limited space with plenty to say, so I made sure every word earned its place, hinted at the good stuff and sent candidates somewhere they could learn more.
